Corporate Goals

Healthcare and supportive services are effectively provided to the patients’ and relatives’ satisfaction round the clock at Istanbul Health Practice and Research Center of Başkent University.The following goals are set:

  1. Reduce the incidents of falls to zero at Istanbul Health Practice and Research Center of Başkent University,
  2. To keep the rate of unsatisfied patients and family members below 5 percent at Istanbul Health Practice and Research Center of Başkent University,
  3. To increase number of training courses held at Istanbul Health Practice and Research Center of Başkent University by 5%.
  4. To reduce work-related injuries (sharp injuries) by 5% compared to the previous year at Istanbul Health Practice and Research Center of Başkent University,
  5. To increase number of outpatient and inpatient admissions by 5% compared to the previous year at Istanbul Health Practice and Research Center of Başkent University,
  6. To zero the rate of drug errors at Istanbul Health Practice and Research Center of Başkent University,

Whether quality goals are met is measured with in-house inspections (interior audits and self-assessment), monitoring and assessment of markers detected at each department using scientific methods.
